survey per household should be

To identify the level of parent
support for SR2S and the issues
and concerns that inhibit their
support. |

The online version is available
in English. Paper versions are
available in English, Spanish
and Arabic. |

When is it administered? |
The survey can be administered
anytime. The preferred surveying
times are fall
(September-November) and/or
spring (March-May). |
