SR2S Student Survey
What is it? A survey to determine student attitudes, beliefs, preferences, and travel behavior.
Who receives it? All grades 3 and up. The range is grades 3-8; all students in this range should take the survey.
How is it administered? Online, in a school computer lab. A teacher demonstration version is also available; teachers can guide students as a class question-by-question or demonstrate the survey and then let students work at their own pace.

Prior to survey administration, ask your school or school district technology coordinator to review the required system settings
to ensure that students will be able to access the survey.
Why is it administered? To learn how students prefer to get to school and what they believe would make walking and bicycling better.
What languages are available? The online version is available in English. Paper versions are available in Spanish.
When is it administered? The survey can be administered anytime. The preferred surveying times are fall (September-November) and/or spring (March-May).
Where do I get it? Request the Spanish language version from Dr. Christine Vogt at Michigan State University via the survey request form. Follow the links below for the online version.
